. Although I eat some of my favorite processed foods sometimes I overall live a holistic diet lifestyle where I detox from time to time and stay consistent with exercise and good organic diet enough and some PT since I’ve gotten older when I see it’s needed ( Ime 54 yrs young and peeps think Ime 10 yrs younger) and so far, I still go to doc for regular checkups like blood work but I have avoided quite a few “ bad health bullets” by these habits and natural remedies at home as well saving lots of doctor bills/ copays that have freed up more more for investing, saving etc. So absolutely agree, health is our first wealth as a foundation before other foundations that Smart money bro and other financially wise peeps talk about.
