To be fair, the guy already had a good muscular mass. He basically maintained his muscles and lost come weight.

Not to sound like a downer, but all he did was shed the fat from his diet. He seemed built in his before pic.

Im trying to build back all the muscle I lost during a mental health battle where I lost my job and nearly took my own life but things are looking up for me now, I have a good job and my mental health is solid, I just want to become the best possible version of myself now as I continue to move forward. God is good ✝️

C'm on! Both pictures look great. In the second one he's just more lean and shredded. Go do Lizzo, I say! Now there's a challenge!

If you're saying how this guy looked originally in the left pic is AVERAGE, then I'm sorry dude but you're deluded in what is actually average. The average man doesn't go to the gym or workout. The average man works 5 days a week and economically doesn't have the disposable income for a gym membership. The average man has already got stuff going on in his life whether that's a social circle and/or hobbies that take up the remainder of his free time that's left (after needing to take care of all the other boring mundane adult things like maintaining a house/apartment and everything else like finances, etc). The average man does not have the time, energy or facility to be even in similar shape as the picture of the guy on the left as a baseline. The pic on the right is utterly unsustainable because it is a stupid level of dietary restrictions that you absolutely will not be able to continue were you to have a girlfriend who puts additional demands on your time and energy. She will want to spend time with you and use both your money to spend on doing things like going on holidays, getting a nicer car, getting a nicer home, saving up for a wedding and/or future children. Sure if you want to be a lonely comic book looking character with muscles and abs like right picture where you give ZERO time to any other human beings or hobbies or working on other areas of your life whatsoever it can be achieved, but as with all things in life, everything in balance and the ripped Greek God image on the right is not BALANCED in any way and everyone looking at the pic and reading my comment knows this.

If this is your definition of "turning your life around" then it was too simple to begin with.

Hi fellas. Here's a few things that you can do to help improve gains status and girls if you're after that which u shouldn't. 1. Set goals for yourself to achieve within a reasonable time frame 2. Make a time table and follow it to the best of your ability, it takes time but you'll get there 3.lift heavy. Simple as it is. Greeks didn't have insane gym plans or optimized routine. They just did it, just do some research and pick something that suits u 4. Food and sleep, by far the hardest entry on this list 5. Learn something new or interesting, find a hobby you actually enjoy 6. Several book recommendations you can easily find.. Don't be a loser u got this

Explain how getting ripped gets a guy a better job? I've got myself into the top 10-15% of all UK salaries by all groups by age 35, when I attained the biggest promotion of my life in Spring 2023. This had absolutely zero to do with what shape my body was in. This is a result of the culmination of education, hard work, determination, respect amongst colleagues and my reporting lines in my company and proceeding with a positive mindset. This year, in May 2025, I am for the first time doing a charity run of 10k along with one colleague who is a few years younger than me, with other colleagues going for the half marathon, which is around 21k. I'm doing something that is setting myself a goal while simultaneously is helping others and therefore not completely selfish, which is was getting ripped basically is...
