Love this. I had quite a few solitude moments today on my walks. I loved it.

My toxic trait is i've spent at least 80% of my adult life in solitude. I no longer enjoy it. I need a splash of 'healthy' drama 😩

YES !! I do solitude every morning , on the porch, with my first cup of tea !! Make friends with the flowers !! Appreciate and anticipate the changing of the seasons ! Us Finnlanders ( Second and third generation !! ) have a saying !! Get out in the woods . You can talk to the animals !! You can talk to the birds !! You can even talk to the trees !! But if the trees start talking back, you have a problem !!! Natives — on the other hand — say you should go out, sit quietly in the woods . Find a rock . And ask the rock to tell you what to do about your most pressing problem . If you sit long enough in the wilderness, holding the rock, and clearing your mind of everything but yourself, in nature, holding the rock and seeking the path forward, the answer will come. It helps you to make choices .

I always take time for myself in walks and taking photos of flowers which I later turn into collages for friends.

The love of life is the real presence of life, and nothing can ever take that love away. Neither death nor life will ever take you away from the comfort that you have in God Almighty.

Will YOU take some time today just for YOU?
Without question, in my opinion, a daily practice of solitude is the most important daily habit for health and happiness.
It could be meditation, journalling, yoga, breath work or simply drinking a cup of coffee in silence. Even just 5 minutes will have positive benefits! So, will you try this today?
