Explorer. Reminds me of The Edge in the early 80's.

i’ve always thought that flying V’s look tacky in the hands of 99.99% of guitarists

The V is totally awkward when played while sitting but both these guitars are superstar legends of rock.

Vs are just so uncomfortable to play sitting, but explorers feel way better than someone might think

I prefer the Flying V because it reminds me of a cross between a 1957 Chevy Bel Air & a bow & arrow. The Explorer doesnt look good when played on stage imo. Kinda has that arched back big butt in the air look. I like Ibanez, Kaizen & PRS shapes instead of the "thrash" guitars tbh. So what do I know 😅

Firebirds. They're less edgy in design and have a great but sadly underrated sound

I have 1967 and 1969 Gibson SGs. The 69, has super high power dimarzio pickup with solidgold windings. Jumbo frets ,elephant tusk backboard, rosewood neck and fretboard and pearl inlays... left handed. It's the only one like that. It's so sensitive you can hear someone exhale from the other side of a room

Explorer. James Hetifield is the reason I want one. Especially a Ken Lawrence, but that's thousands lol. Regardless I have too many. Mostly strats and teles (which are modified to hell and back of course).

I just love the retro futuristic look of the Explorer. Kinda like a spaceship design from The Jetsons.
