J.D. - A Lawyer Explains

GUILTY on both counts. It would appear the jury worked all day and decided not to come back next week. This is the beauty of having deliberations begin on a Friday. No one wanted to come back.

@mirandaajames

Even with a critical piece of evidence from the last trial being suppressed (a gasoline soaked towel whose report was destroyed due to a company's "age" policy), the same verdict was reached. Those refusing to see it did it willfully or just have a fundamental misunderstanding of legal terms/technicalities/proceedings. Thanks for your reporting on this JD. Sentencing will be May 19. I don't think she'll see freedom again.

@MellyMelMelanie

Thank god!!!! I don’t see how the jury couldn’t come to this decision.

@ilikemitchhedberg

I wonder if it might be more proper to allow people to deliberate when they are not in a big rush.
