Even with a critical piece of evidence from the last trial being suppressed (a gasoline soaked towel whose report was destroyed due to a company's "age" policy), the same verdict was reached. Those refusing to see it did it willfully or just have a fundamental misunderstanding of legal terms/technicalities/proceedings. Thanks for your reporting on this JD. Sentencing will be May 19. I don't think she'll see freedom again.

GUILTY on both counts. It would appear the jury worked all day and decided not to come back next week. This is the beauty of having deliberations begin on a Friday. No one wanted to come back.
