Hey, i'm double your age (i think) and gone through a lot. Active army duty, lots of friends lost, relation break ups, jobs lost... now i'm disabled and live on a fixed income. I have two hobbies now: studying history and... arpg's like poe. I've always followed your posts on social media. What makes you different from other streamers is that you're always upfront, honest and highly intelligent . Don't let those other bastards get you down . You're too smart for that. You've got my full support!!!

What I found to be the most insane was all the comments saying "Goodbye Toxic Streamer" etc and the entire reddit thread being the most toxic thing ever. It was a full on hate bashing and so incredibly distasteful. The community really doesnt realize they were acting/behaving exactly the same as what they were crucifying you for. Hope you are able to come back and good luck man!

I always liked you and your content man, it's good to see you acknowledged the mistake and apologized for it. It's never ok to attack someone for something so benign as a video game, I think the ban was deserved this time, not only just because you said those things, but because you have an audience of people who like me and you care alot about Poe, and when some of them hear those things it encourages them to be toxic and also attack people. In the end we all are gonna be here when you come back, take your time do your thing, be safe.. peace and love brother

Lots of love to you, good buddy. It's more than fine to be emotional about things you care for, and I hope with time you will see that the majority of us appreciate you deeply as a content creator but more importantly as a human being. Lots of peace in the heart

Ayy dude shit happens. It probably feels like everything is crashing down right now. You need to persevere now. It’s not all over. You’ll get through this with the majority of your fans intact. The STRONGEST creators fuck up majorly, and they manage to push through the rough times and keep going.

Hey dont give in to the negative, everyone makes mistakes and thats alright its whats makes us human, besides most of us are here for the awesome build guides that you make... keep up the good work and dont let the small negative shit affect you besides reddit is more of a blackhole of negativity ... more power and stay strong

Still subbed my man, tortenho_ here! Don't take too long, you're content is golden! Even though you may be toxic sometimes, you have a very big upside. I'm an English teacher in Brazil, and I've been teaching for over 12 years now, you're content is very educational in general, and you're explanations are amazing, you're data collecting skill are solid. You're overall the best PoE creator. Take time to reflect and learn with this experience, will be here when you return! Have a good rest mat, cheers!

If you take the time to learn from your mistakes to truly be humble and better yourself Matth, then you will benefit in all areas of your life. As I always say to my son, don't let it win; "it" being anger, negative feelings outbursts, etc. You'll get through this. When you are ready, see you when you get back

People act like animals whenever someone fucks up, they feed on misfortune of others and they think that they themselves are perfect. Everyone fucks up in one way or another, the most important thing is to admit that u did fuck up and improve on your mistakes. Hope you will come back one day and share your knowledge with us.

Take a break, and get back into the saddle. I appreciate all your content. I understand the frustration, especially since it's not their first time doing this .. but I hope things will get settled okay after a little time for everyone to get back on track. Get a new perspective, and see what makes sense for you. Good luck man, keep your chin up!

It takes a lot to be humble. Love your videos, and it's awesome that you're willing to own up and apologize.

Pretty sure no one actually gives a damn about any of the nonsense. You spoke your mind. I would 100% prefer to live in a world where people are free to speak their minds. Seems more and more that we're moving away from that though.

Hey guys, I'll be taking a break from youtube videos and just overall social networks for a bit and reflect on the whole situation.
I just watched a video of Asmongold (wasn't expecting that) talking about the situation and me and it's a shame that so many people will see that video and believe everything that was said based on a reddit comment listing the "7 reasons" why I should be cancelled or something.
I have all the receipts and when I'm ready, I'll be sharing the entire thing with you all.
That aside, I never knew I had so many haters and people who wanted to see me fail, and it's my fault for giving them a reason to crucify me. It's my own actions which led to these consequences and no matter what, I'll accept the consequences, be they temporary or permanent.
I'll address my entire ban history (with receipts) as well as the current situation in my video.
Overall, I apologize for letting you all down, I apologize for not meeting the standards I should be held up to as a content creator.
I also apologize to Chris directly and anyone else who may have been offended by the statements that I made.
There's never a good reason to make it personal and that's a line that I crossed which may haunt me for the rest of my life.
I will reflect on my actions and go into some deep introspection to try and figure out the source of my lack of control when put under too many emotions so that nothing like this ever happens again, whether in PoE (if possible), in any other game or in my life in general.
I thank you all for your support and what you've done for me over the years and I can only hope that you can forgive me and we can turn a new page in due time.
