The levels of corruption are disgusting. And when does incompetence crossover to intentional??? Seriously, you drain the water, empty hydrants, cut the budget, 85 fire trucks don't work, leave dead dry flammable brush.... A 3 year old could predict the outcome. But these fools playing stupid, they don't know what went wrong, need to launch an investigation!? Good Lord.
