it didn't come easily or quickly. we've been posting consistently for five years and have frequently switched up our strategy.
unlike so many other media companies, we've never had a dedicated team looking after our socials. we're a small indie brand so it's been a shared effort from everyone amidst doing all the other elements of our jobs while keeping the business going. that's what makes this so special.
