My answers to these questions is always Super Speed as its completely broken when used correctly. But Dr Strange level magic is hard to pass up IF you have all his knowledge at the start as well. Most people reading this dont know quantum physics or other complex high level arithmetic including myself so learning magic on his level would be near impossible especially without the Ancient One helping you. Meanwhile Super Speed is intuitive and easier to master by almost everyone. Learning at super speed is incredibly underrated plus phasing and the abilty to get to anywhere on Earth in under 3 seconds is a bonus.😊

You could have all other powers with magic Superspeed - Use your speed to time travel to the future and get a pill or something else that would grant you every power Super Intelligence - use your intelligence to be able to mimic every single power
