"A truly smart person knows they know nothing at all"'. I see that statement first, as a call to keep your mind open to the possible unseen factors, and second as a call to stay Humble and not think you know everything because you're smart.

"Enjoy the trail more than the top of the mountain." Often, I’ve noticed that I set big goals and subconsciously feel unhappy with the process because I haven’t achieved them yet. But learning to enjoy the journey has helped me appreciate the metaphorical leaves and flowers along the trail much more.

"Nothing is personal" I started getting detached from other people's negativity/toxicity once I understood they were not personally against me. Some people would lash out or hurt the person in front of them because of their own struggles. It's not about what you said or did or who you are. In fact if you are out of the equation they will still behave like that to someone else. So now instead of getting angry or sad, I can deal with negative people on a dismissive approach without feeling affected and getting emotionally drained by the unpleasant interaction. Because they are not even fighting with me; they are on a life long fight with themselves.. It's projection 🤷

I believe being calm and composing while listening to others (might be anything, arguments etc...) don't be hasty in answering ,most of the time you regret what you have said .The patience you keep while listening opens your mind and heart ,gives you a space to think more deep into it and then you will see wise words will come out of your mouth that can either inspire or shut the mouth up of your rival 👊

We do not stay static (stay as we are). Either we are evolving or de-evolving.

Without gratitude, there is no prosperity. What can you be grateful for in this moment? Both sentences my tea tags have read. Advice: Drink tea. Read the tags. 😅

I’ve been watching your videos on Reading and Improving Memory, and I can’t absorb all the information you give on it. I need help to figure out what works for me, I have clinical depression and I don’t have the mental strength to figure this out on my own!
