My cat loves yoga nidra!! She makes biscuits on my belly while I'm taking deep breaths at the beginning, and then lays on me for the entire practice. She actually reminds me when it's time for practice 😊

My Dog will always find a spot close by and settles with me. Quite often when the session finishes I will find the cat has joined us too and the family feels connected and complete 🐶

Ally, I have been using your guidance for meditation for about 3 weeks. I mostly tune in to your sessions to restore my nervous system. I usually nap afterwards and wake up refreshed. I am 73 years old and a cancer survivor of 10 years. who has neuropathy in hands and lower legs and feet.

My rescue doggie loves to settle in for a YN nap. I put your guidance on the TV me on sofa, him in his bed & I can hear his gentle breathing as you sooth his cares away (& mine too of course!!) It’s soooo wonderful ❤🙏

Yes! I did it lying down on my living room floor and my pet rat pickles climbed on me and went to sleep on my chest. It was beautiful ❤️ 🐀

My youngest dog, who is shy and has anxiety, snuggles up with her head by my cheek when I’m doing it and co-regulates with my breathing. It’s absolutely lovely.

Yes 🌟 Birds,butterfly's,dragonflies and sea Eagles, omg the other day, I was laying outside on the land doing 1 of your beautiful healing sessions and 7/7 (14) Eagles were in the sky above me doing a synchronised flight no words can explain the overwhelming feeling that flooded my entire body🙌 I love & thankyou for all that you share honestly this practice has saved my life

My cat always comes and lies on my groin when I do my daily 20 mins around lunch 😆 it was distracting at first, but now I'm well practiced I can stay in my lucid state easily. she doesn't move either and I wonder if she's going mind's eye to paws in the body scan

A friend of mine has a baby who loves your voice! He falls right asleep on her while she’s listening to your tracks (out loud rather than on headphones). Sadly it doesn’t work on my cat. He’ll jump on me and meow for dinner when I’m mid practice and startle me right out of the blissful state you put me in. 😂

Animals usually come out to see me but I practise 1-3 times a week . I notice birds specifically seem to change their calls and we have a dog in our neighborhood that barks at everyone but only stops and looks at me .
