The name of the character: Owen cawdolin(yea i had no idea what to do here.) Gender identity: Masculine Age: Whatever owen chooses(though he looks like a teenager.) He has the base health every character has(100)
Abilities Scorched earth: A giant fireball(size from 1-20 inches in width depending on the energy meter.) that can be thrown to attack an enemy. If landed, it'll either destroy them if they are vulnerable to fire, if not it applies a burning effect that very slowly kills them.(Depending on how much more full the bar is, the longer the effect will last.)
Burning charge: While running, this ability is able to be activated. It will summon a huge aura of fire around him and follow after him.(Its shaped kinda like Sonic's boost in generations.), incase colliding with a burnable wall it will break or burn down. If not, he will get hurt/damaged and immediately stop. (Bonus little graphic detail or whatever: dust forms under him and he makes a trail of it while its on. Whoever steps on that will feel a strong burn on their feet or something.)
Wildfire: A giant explosion happens around him made of fire, making a loud explosion sound. Almost ear bursting, it slowly starts to disappear after 3 seconds. If an ally enters contact with the explosion, They are thrown away. If an enemy enters contact with the explosion, it will face almost immediate death. Unless it is resistent to fire, it will only take 45% of their health.
Fire ring: If the meter is at 10 or 1, this is the only activate-able ability for him. It summons 2 small(sonic hand sized lol) fireballs that constantly spin around him, ripping a part a little as they spin, making a small and thin ring of fire. It deactivates after the meter ends(it wastes 0.5 per second.) If an ally enters the ring, he will be safe with owen(cawdolin.) If an enemy enters, he will be lightly pushed out and receive a stun of just one second.
Passives Heat meter: Can go from 0(of course) to 65. If this is depleted, he won't be able to use his abilities(but fire ring.) To regain it to 100, you simply just have to wait as it will regenerate itself. If not, then he will gradually weaken and weaken even more. Making him lose A SMALL amount of health and also take more damage from attacks. Flying: Well hes a bird... He has wings. He can fly. Do i need to explain?
This isn't necessarily for outcome memories. Ill draw what he looks like later.
