The journal. A step by step guide, not sure. Everyone’s situation is different, along with their emotions, thinking most people need to learn how to process/self soothe their own emotions themselves.

Sounds like a good idea. Make sure to include tips for how to deal with an avoidant ex while no contact is not an option. We have a one year old and financial situation+housing crisis make our emotions sometimes secondary to the responsibility we have towards a child.

There’s so many of these avoidant advice people that are trying to make money on selling their stuff. I’m really tired of it, but I do enjoy your short programs.

What if both in friend zone? Not completely dating or anything. I haven’t heard from her June 2024, search the google says who will contact first. But, I know chances FA can come back and see try again.

Coach Tynell
Hey everyone! 💙 If you’ve been struggling to heal from an avoidant ex, I want to create something that will genuinely help you move forward!
I’m thinking about putting together either:
1) đź“– A step-by-step guide on how to heal from an avoidant ex, with insights, strategies, and actionable steps.
2) 📝 A guided journal with prompts to help you process your emotions, gain clarity, and let go.
Which one would help you more? Feel free to let me know if you have any other suggestions you’d like!
