Covid hit me this 8th time my dude 🤣 I've entirely been without my sense of smell for a month. I'm no expert but I'd say taste is 99% smell and all I get from food other than mouthfeel is slight salty, sweat, bitter, acidic. It ruins food but you don't smell garbage, your turd brothers breath, wet dogs, etc... it's definitely a disadvantage but things can always be worse
