Andy, thank you for sharing your knowledge. I am the daughter of a retired mechanic, farmer, and veteran. I absolutely believe in everyone's right to repair. I'm taking care of my elderly parents, and my dad has cancer. My 8 year old Lenovo laptop has been great, but it's starting to have issues. I don't have the money for a new computer or even a new used one right now. So, I'm going to be brave and be like my dad and fix it myself. I bought some tools and some parts. A bigger SSD drive and a new battery. I hope it works. One day, I hope to buy a new used one from you. I would love to know how to rebuild Lenovo business class computers like you do and build one for myself. I think what you said about buying business class computers was so helpful. I won't forget that. I think I have an electronics recycling center somewhere near me. How do you know what to buy at the recycling can be fixed? Any tips on that? What do you look for? Thank you so much, Andy, for what you are doing. You are bringing hope and a sense of community to people. And that is a very good thing. Thank you!

Would you be interested in addressing the Windows 11 requirements in the context of used business class laptops and consumers? As corporations like my employer are generating ewaste at unprecedented levels due to these TPM 2.0 requirements, yet I'm hesitant to sell or recommend a PC that isn't guaranteed security updates after October, or if one Rufuses Win11, potentially at all.
