It's been a hot second since I've been here. Legit I am sorry for being kinda MIA and lost on this tab and YouTube channel last year. Without going into too much detail - I went through a separation with my partner of 10 years and just needed a break. It was kindof a forced break but a very much NEEDED one.
I took most of that time to look inward, figure out my next steps and honestly reset my nervous system. Just wanted to say that I am here - my energy levels feel good and most importantly I am excited about creating again as what feels like the best version of myself to date.
I missed you all and appreciate you all. I know it's the end of February but here's to an amazing 2024 for all.
