Open to the idea of a low carb / keto smoothie. I do like to chew something, so I usually stick to Greek yogurt and frozen blueberries.

I go through phases. Sometimes I have them multiple times per week. Others, I don't touch em for a year or two at a time.

After every workout, or six times per week. These are protein shakes, and the right juice/protein power/supplements combo can taste incredibly good.

No, I love them, but they don't sit well with me. I do make smoothies every morning for family though. Great punch of nutrition to start the day.

I love a good smoothie with berries, chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter, protein powder and unsweetened almond milk. Delicious
