Lucky Ferals

I've been testing out YouTube's automatic ad placement feature on the last few videos. My concern with it is that it might be placing too many ads in the videos. I usually keep the ads to one every 8 - 12 minutes which I think is reasonable, but with their automatic feature, I don't have any control over their placement. Have you noticed any difference? Are they placing an annoying amount of ads? Or does everything appear to be the same? Thanks for the info.

@AgainJane

I try to watch as many full ads as I can to benefit your channel and I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference.

I haven’t really noticed a difference, but like many others who comment here, I like to support the channel and don’t mind them.

Hoping you and Grandma and Grandpa don't get affected by hurricane Erin, far enough inland. -- Haven't noticed (yet) any big difference about SD placement.

Yes! I was wondering! The last few videos I noticed more ads. I’m watching & literally said again! & later said another ad already. I thought maybe it was my imagination but I promise I didn’t remember coming across so many ads in your videos before. Thanks for clarifying I’m not nuts lol! I’ll watch no matter what you decide to do but yes I definitely noticed! Best wishes! We love you 💓

My cat watches your channel but doesn't like the ads! She doesn't need underwear and doesn't drink coffee! But she does love watching the older films of the cats, thank you!

Hi LF❤️🙏. I glad you brought up about the number of ads cause it doesn’t matter if I am watching any video or even a live. There have definitely been an abundance of ads and the majority you can’t get rid of and I’ll be honest with you, I’m not gonna sit through ads cause if I can end the ads I will but for some reason I guess, YouTube has them where you have no choice but to deal with it and wait to be able to go back to the video or live cams. I’m sorry, I know it helps people and their channels but, I’m not really liking the abundance of ads. Do take care and have a blessed night and hugs to Simba and Splash. God bless and love, Sue M. Florida ❤️🥰🙏😺😺😘

Yes, in the last video i noticed a slightly higher frequency in the ads. Some ads are annoying when they don't cover an area of interest or are repetitive. However, when they benefit the channel, i think they are still tolerable. If not, most can still be skipped. It's a small nuisance when bills need paid.

I haven't paid too much attention, but when the ads are only 15-30 seconds long (as most of your are) I don't mind watching them to help your channel.

Sorry to be a sour puss but, I've noticed a few more ads. If it helps you out I'll just grab my phone and continue a game for a couple minutes. Although, I often cast from it. Regardless, I'll never leave you and your beautiful family. Thanks, Tammy
