I liked Alphacore! Was hyped for Yaira but disappointed by her backstory. I've since fallen off the bandwagon... Too scattered for me. I just want a good story, and at the moment the Rippaverse is starting to feel more like a collection of ideas. I'll stick with Alphacore since it's at the core of everything (badum-tsh) going on, but yeah. I have yet to be emotionally invested, and I've read Isom, Isom 2, Yaira, Alphacore, and Goodyng. And the first Rippazine.

Chuck Dixon and Joe Bennett are the best two things going for the Rippaverse right now. Yes, the company still has its flaws, but it still gives me something better than what most of the mainstream does. My main issue with the stories is that most of them (besides Yaira #1 and Goodyng #1) give the reader an origin story for the main character in the first issue. Also, until Eric gets enough experience as a writer, he should find an experienced Editor-In-Chief.

Not that much investment for me. Like you I mainly keep up with the Rippa verse though Reviews. Like nothing about it screams interesting I mean say what you want about Marvel and DC but Lisa knew ultimate universe and the absolute universe have interesting premises for their comics hack even images doing a great job with the new spawn universe and the ultra megavers. Like for real have you been reading radiant black it is so good

Bloodruth #1 will be my first Rippaverse book since Isom #2, but I've been keeping up with the development of Rippaverse comics through reviews. From what I've seen, I don't think I've been missing out on too much to say the least.
But some of y'all remember how hype I was for Rippaverse, and for Sydnee Bloodruth in particular. So I'll be checking this out, and we'll see from there.
How many of you are invested in the Rippaverse? How have your opinions changed since it launched back in 2022?
