New podcast episode: https://youtu.be/7qJ2x3vr0l4

On Monday, we finally got the much-anticipated US-EU trade deal. Unsurprisingly, it was widely panned by both the European press and many European leaders - but was it actually as bad as everyone seems to think?

Please, no more mention of EX politicians like this American woman, ok? She is already gone from her position she just doesn't know it yet. She will end up in JAIL.

This isnt a compromise yet, but i'm curious, with the EU deal, does she have the power to approve such thing? If not she might be just buying time, she has a Lot more enemies within the eu now

Yeah, it was pretty awful you can't get around the fact that the EU thought that it could push for more and ended up getting what appears to be a worse deal than the UK received which is arguably more humiliating than just getting a bad deal. I can imagine it went down like a lead balloon amongst member States' populations who are seeing record levels of dislike and distrust for the USA. Combined with economic issues, rising public spending, what's going on in Ukraine and Gaza and it really isn't the best time to look weak with the USA at least for internal politics.

Thank you for this video. I would like to also add that Tskhinvali regime periodically kidnaps random georgian citizens and (VERY probably) asks for ransom to release them back. A rather creative way of tackling the underfunding issue and terrorizing civilians in the process, isn’t it ?
