I've lost a lot of weight in the last 4 months through diet and fasting. I felt so weak and didn't look good though. I started lifting some weights a couple of days a week and daily 60s planking for core strength and i look a lot better and feel so much stronger already. I'm going to add a few more exercises over the next few weeks, but the goal is to do it with the least amount of effort so I can keep doing it long term. I get bored easily if my exercises drag on for too long and I usually quit doing them after awhile.

Honestly though, I think its a good idea to track what you're consuming regularly. It forces you to actually look at labels, serving sizes, etc. With so much of food being insanely calorie dense and loaded with fats/carbs, simply seeing that data can shift one to better choices.
