I guess Nintendo must really, really want people to pay up in order to listen to the Mario Odyssey soundtrack on their music app rather than listen to it for free elsewhere. Really now, what's the point of this? A free soundtrack on YouTube is not going to break the company financially or cause them to lose NSO members---but their anti-consumer behavior certainly will.
