I've been sick for two weeks and on some of the videos, the titles are missing. My mistake there but I just let it go regardless. I just wanted to get them uploaded as soon ad possible for the family. Have a great weekend. 👍

I hope by now you're feeling well. :-) I came to thank you for the videos and to thank the people you photographed (videographed? Is that a word??? lol). Though I have no background by which to understand what's happening in the ceremonies I'm viewing, I find that this is less important than knowing your cultural heritage survives and thrives. I am not native, just a person who finds indigenous cultures deeply interesting, particularly worldviews and spiritual perspectives. I greatly admire all the time commitment that goes into just one ceremony from a whole community. I admit to a certain envy of that; it seems to me that if there were more of that kind of community commitment in other places, the world might be a better place. Fortunately, I live within the ancestral lands of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians and try to attend their Jiingtamok when I can. It's a small taste of a wider world that I wish I could get to know better.
