Basically, a few months ago when I needed to get a replacement computer, the long story made short is that I wound up being functionally scammed. 90 day return policy, and the dawn thing stopped working about a month after that. So the video I just put out is gonna be the last one I make for a good while.
Without assistance, I would hopefully be able to afford a new system at the end of March. And one that, fingers crossed, doesn't break in 4 months this time. I'm salvaging pretty much every part I can from this one, too, since part of the good news is that this computer didn't die at least partially of old age like the last one did. I'm also doing what I can to accelerate that timeline as much as possible.
But only one thing is going to make that acceleration happen, and that's money. The ways this can happen is through direct donations through the PayPal link at the end of this post or even as simple as watching the video on my channel either without an ad blocker or with YouTube Premium, commenting and liking to help spread the videos I've got around. Don't feel obligated to help; it sucks for me to be gone that long, but like I did after last time this happened, I plan to come back swinging no matter what happens. Boon Cannon in particular will need a separate update tomorrow morning while I work on arranging what I can. I'll be sure to keep you posted, and if it becomes viable to do so, I may see about uploads from my phone that I might be able to do as well, but I don't want to do that if it's not going to be of good enough quality.
