Define important. What does that mean? For who ? Defined by what? Bc it can’t be protect yourself at all times tho that comes to mind first. There are so few scenarios that is breached that’s an issue vs something like what I would say is the #1 thing to adhere to while competing which is be unpredictable. If you fail to comply, you’ll encounter this hurdle every single fight. Every single round. And be worse for it
