Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Sales Specialist at Balaji Switchgears. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, and driving sales through outbound strategies. The role involves identifying potential customers, establishing contact, and nurturing relationships to drive sales growth. The Outbound Sales Specialist will also be responsible for effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Experience:
2-3 years experience in the electrical and automation industry in Sales role. Experience in sales of Schneider & Omron products is preferred. Experience in sales of LV Switchgears & automation products is preferred.
Education Qualification:
ITIs, Diploma, Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
