As an Arab living in the US I can almost guarantee that you have a higher following than you realize! I crave my childhood meals and absolutely nothing in my area tastes close.. some are decent dupes but your flavors are as authentic as it gets! I feel like I’m back home and constantly save your videos to make! Please keep sharing, we love to see it!!

Your recipes are absolutely awesome and amazing! I actually feel like I can make the food! Being married to someone who is used to this kind of food, it was a challenge and disappointing to realize, "I can't make that, I can't make that either..." for the person you love. I could usually find old recipes from a book published 30 yrs ago for an "American-style" audience that were kind of authentic, no pictures, tedious to cook, boring in taste; which i knew was so further from traditional recipes. You have changed that. Thank you!🥰☺

We first started posting as a means of preserving and sharing our culinary heritage; thinking at best a small group of enthusiasts and seasoned veterans would follow our journey but you blew us away. It's incredible to see how many of you from all over the world are interested in our food. You've proven that interest in Middle Eastern cuisine is growing exponentially and it's high time for it's moment in the spotlight.
