오늘은 여러 소식을 전해드리게 되었습니다. 먼저 저작권 관련해서 몇 가지 변경사항을 안내드리려고 합니다. 시간을 아껴드리기 위해 결론부터 말씀드리면, 여전히 유튜브 영상에 제 음악을 사용하실 수 있지만, 수익창출은 불가해질 예정입니다. ㅠ_ㅠ 이전에 라이선스를 구매하셨던 분은 사용이 가능하십니다. 이에 대해 메일로 안내드렸는데, 꼭 확인 부탁드립니다.

Hello, it's been a while since my last update.
Today, I have several pieces of news to share. First, I'd like to inform you about some changes regarding copyright. To save you time, I'll get straight to the point: you can still use my music in your YouTube videos, but monetization will no longer be possible. (Those who have previously purchased a license can still use it.)
Until now, I've made my music available on my website without separately registering the copyright. This has, unfortunately, led to some unforeseen situations.
For example, there have been cases where someone else registered the copyright for my music, and then my own uploads received copyright infringement claims. Each time such a claim was made, I had to go through the process of proving I was the original creator, which was quite... complicated. While I suppose it was a unique experience in a way, it was emotionally draining. It wasn't just me; it also affected people who used my music.
To prevent these problems from recurring, I knew I needed to make a decision about copyright, but various issues were intertwined, making it difficult to decide. (Infinite love and gratitude to @TTRM for their valuable advice!)
I was struggling to make ends meet with just license sales (donations) and YouTube revenue, and my concerns were growing. Recently, I received an offer from a company specializing in music copyright management, and I have decided to transfer the copyright to them.
And I decided to accept the suggestion to prevent damage from the use of my music from occurring and help me prepare funds for my new project.
Next, I'd like to address commercial use (use in content for sale). Until now, I haven't taken any specific measures regarding commercial use. I've relied entirely on the good faith of those using my music. Thankfully, some people have contacted me beforehand to purchase licenses. Thanks to them, I've been able to continue composing. I sincerely appreciate it.
The previous donation-based license sales will now be discontinued. For inquiries related to commercial use, please contact me via email, and I will provide you with detailed information.
Finally, I am currently working on two new projects.
The first is the development of a personal knowledge management system for the era of AI collaboration. I'm developing a methodology and system for collecting, organizing, and managing knowledge to be effectively utilized in collaboration with AI.
The second is story creation, which has been a long-held dream of mine.
I plan to focus on these two projects for the time being, but I will also continue to compose music. Yes, this is the key point. Capturing moments of life through music and communicating with you is always a great joy and a part of my life :)
