This saturday, I will drop the next part of my series on the history of Palestine. This time, we're gonna look at the key events from the perspective of the resistance. And we're gonna start with the most important one, without which it's not possible to grasp the others: Fatah, the current ruling party of the Palestinian Authority (PA) in the West Bank. Everything since the 60s revolves around Fatah, the emergence of Islamic forces, the struggle of the Marxist ones, and Palestinian politics in general, including current events.
In particular, we'll look at how the key leaders of the most formidable resistance force for at least 2 decades gradually turned towards opportunism, and eventually, collaboration with zionism; culminating in all-out war with other Palestinian movements.
