Budo Brothers

Hope your training is going well :)

On our end, we've been enjoying some solid private training sessions with Self Defense Instructor, Kevin Goat.

Now we're experimenting with a new concept where we post our private training sessions and bring you along for the ride... all for FREE on our YouTube channel, so be sure to subscribe.

We figured it would be valuable for us to record these sessions so we can go back, review the lesson, drill the technique, and practice practice practice!

The other nice part about filming these sessions is we can share them with you. With so much value in each lesson, how dare we keep them to ourselves :)

We're learning a lot while at the same time realizing how much we don't know... Which is a beautiful feeling! And the more we practice, the better we get...

A huge part of practice is repetition, repetition, repetition - That's where things start to solidify to the point where you can start turning up the intensity...

Turn it up too soon, and things start falling apart under pressure (as we soon learned.)

A big part of Kevin Goat's system is starting from the worst possible scenario. Meaning, you screwed things up a long time ago and ended up in a compromised position...

... And now it's time to see if you can get yourself out of that situation and back to safety.

Great concept: to review lessons for better training... Just don't leave out the (1) plyometrics involved in preconfigurating exercises for execution speed & power (2) flexology for both safe training and solid performance (and_3) to give some insight on a couple of those aspects

As a person with low to minimum fighting experience I think the best thing to do in this situation is three dick punches and run like satan himself is trying to drag you to hell

So Chinese writing is the same as the Japanese writing and that symbols on his T-shirt is not Kung Fu but Japanese martial art because he is wearing a Black belt and that is Japanese and Korean but not Chinese but Kenpo is called Chinese but I believe it is Korean Chinese that use Black belts.
