Back in May, two months before the video game actors' strike, Jen Taylor and I responded to a question at Motor City Comic Con regarding the use of AI replicating the performances of voice and performance capture actors in video games.
We are now a month into the SAG-AFTRA strike, and the game makers have not budged. All we are asking of these corporations, who make BILLIONS from these games, is to work with my union to develop reasonable guardrails to protect the performances of the actors who bring life and humanity to the games you love.
