I spent 2 days drawing this short, why does this happen?🥺 (the word says copyright)

Promotion and modified is turned off on both. I’ve privated the shorts until I can understand what’s happening.
First one I was wondering if it was because I used an elvis song, so I tried reupload with a lo-fi song but got the same label.😭

How do I fix this?🙏

I’m an idiot I figured it out lol. I thought I had uploaded the one with new music, but upoaded the same one twice.😂😭 Ok, I will post it again lo
