As someone who just wasted a year in the company of 'business advisers' who didn't seem to understand how to operate outside mediocrity, I strongly relate to the first one. And I was VERY uncomfortable. And before that, I worked for a corporation that messed with the heads of their employees because managment consisted mostly of people who were incompetent but power greedy. Big egos, very small minds, which in the long run cost the company millions of dollars. My brain was practically scrambled for years because it couldn't process the nonsense of it all. It is only recently that I managed to free myself and now I'm building my business with the help of people who actually know their stuff and understand my not so complicated or outlandish vision as well. There is no ball on a chain holding me back anymore. Thank you, Dan, for these frequent reminders here on YouTube. It's easy to get confused and forget that we are our own person. It is OUR journey and we have the right to experience it how we want, even if others 'know better'.
