Why does everything have to be about weight loss? What about opening your lungs and breathing more deeply, sense of calmness while running, having stamina and endurance? These are more important than weight loss

As a runner myself, I agree that running is one of the worst exercises for weight loss. Grab a jump rope, and it will do you wonders. Obviously, what you eat will determine the majority of your weight loss.
