Alaskan FX

Hey y’all! I know I’ve been MIA for a while but I’ve got a couple projects brewing! One request I’ve gotten a lot is to add Kerr distortion and Doppler shifting to the black hole setup.

It’s been a WIP for a while but the results are finally quite good (and 100% in camera). Here’s two black holes with very high spin parameters. There is realistic Kerr distortion of the lensing effect and Doppler shifting both on the lensing and on the accretion disk itself!

I’ll be recording this addendum tutorial along with a few other I think y’all will really enjoy as soon as I can!

This looks great, the original black hole tutorial you made was one of my favorite renders that I have ever made!

Thank you very muchhh. I hope to see wormholes being demonstrated too whenever you are finished with your current projects. Since wormholes and black holes aren’t too far off

I had some hard time with the Blackhole tutorial since the light doesnt seem to warp around the sphere's curve. (*sent an email for help*) but I wonder if anyone knows if its a Version issue since I am doing this on 4.0.2
