Eggs sunny side up with either, steak, bacon, or sausage and kimichi. Sometimes with a slice of sourdough bread.

Varies day by day. Could be protein, fiber, or just good, rustic toast w freshly brewed coffee. Sometimes a croissant, fruit, but no ferments for me. Too many histamines. 😊

I try my best to prioritize carbs for breakfast accompanied by something fermented / probiotic rich. Our brain cells require glucose as their primary fuel, so I find that having toast/oatmeal/rice as a base gets my thoughts in line while satiating my morning hunger :)

A giant salad! My "breakfast" is just that. Whenever my belly cues its time for nourishment. And then I snack on healthy bring a longs or wait till I am home to prepare a healthy meal. But, in agreement with you, I've been incorporating more fiber! Ie leafy greens and experimenting with beet/carrot/ginger/lemon/tart cherry + berry (strawberry or raz) blended! I've attempted your chia pudding but am not getting the big phat chia seeds
