Leave the cable and by a shiny new one on Amazon for 20 Euro (20m) European cables won't work in Aus anyway, the connectors are upside-down :) I see you are still enyoing the beautiful Dutch landscape :)

Last couple of days before leaving holland. Staying here at my wifes parents place. It is c h i l l out here. Our suitcases are still too heavy, so gotta box some stuff up to send by mail. And give the rest to the second hand store. One of the things i dont want to leave behind is this super long, thick ethernet cable with the little clicky bits still intact! Like dang, such a shame to leave it behind 😅. Ill miss this place, but am ready for the next adventure 🦘
