Reasons for redesigning the Soviet States are that I want to remake some Tragic Upbringing videos and maybe add some bonus scenes.
As for redesigning Spanish Empire? I wanted to make him look more like what I inspired his character and lore off of which is actually Pirates Of The Caribbean. I made Spanish Empire a pirate because I remembered in the fifth Pirates movie the main villain was Spanish so then I saw an opportunity.
