The point you made at the end Chris about the cold front tyre is hugely important for everyone out this time of year. I am sure that with a warm tyre the gap in stopping distances would be much smaller. That's probably worth a small video like that one you did about wet front end tuck.

Spoiler... the bike is not a Yamaha R1M. It's actually a standard Yamaha R1. The giveaway is if you look at the colour of the swingarm and front forks. Standard R1 has black swingarm and black front forks (no ohlins). Technically the title and description of the video is incorrect 😉

I keep thinking a busa/k1300s/zzr1400 would be a much better bike on a drag strip. Much longer wheelbase and heavier to keep the front wheel down. All those bikes are capable of 10s flat 1/4 miles or better in standard form because they can use every bit of power they have.
