A school should always be a place of safety and learning not a site of such horror and loss. I cant begin to imagine the pain and shock your community is experiencing right now. No one deserves this kind of suffering and theres no justification that could ever make sense of such a cruel event. Please know that my thoughts and deepest sympathies are with you the victims and everyone in Dhaka. If theres anything I can do to support you even just to listen Im here. Stay strong, and please take care of yourself..❤

I wasn’t planning to post anything today.
In fact, I had told myself that my next post would be something happy probably something for my birthday.
But sometimes, life takes such a dark turn that it silences your joy. Today is one of those days.
And I can’t stay silent anymore.
Today, something truly horrifying has happened in my country.
A fighter jet reportedly crashed into Mile’s Stone School & College in Dhaka.
Yes, a school. A place filled with children, laughter, dreams, and innocent lives.
Thousands of students are feared dead. Many are missing. Some were burned so badly, they couldn’t even be recognized.
Just try to imagine that for a second students sitting in their classrooms, maybe writing notes, maybe talking to friends, and in a flash… everything gone.
Smoke. Fire. Screams. Ashes. Silence.
It’s not just a tragedy.
It’s a nightmare.
And I keep asking myself why?
Why are we going through so much pain?
What have we done to deserve this kind of suffering?
This isn’t the first time our people have been pushed to the edge.
Back in 2024, we saw mass protests, chaos in the streets, and so many innocent people killed.
Mothers lost their sons. Children lost their fathers.
Families were broken all because of political greed and corruption.
And now, once again, we are mourning. Once again, our hearts are shattered.
I don’t know who is responsible this time.
Some say it's an accident.
Some say it's the result of negligence.
And some believe there may be more sinister reasons behind this.
I don’t have the answers.
But I do know this: something is very, very wrong in our country.
Our leaders promised us safety.
They promised development, peace, and a better future.
But what kind of future is this where children die in schools, and the truth gets buried in smoke?
This month of July feels cursed.
It has brought nothing but heartbreak and destruction.
It feels like our nation is bleeding, and no one is listening.
Please I’m begging everyone who sees this:
Take a moment to pray for the souls of those young students who died today.
Pray for their families, for their friends, and for those still missing.
Share this post not for attention, but to raise awareness.
Let the world know what’s happening here.
Let the world see our pain because we deserve to be seen.
Our people deserve justice. Our children deserve peace.
I had no intention of writing something so heavy.
But when your heart is full of grief, sometimes you need to let it out.
May the victims rest in peace.
May those who are responsible be held accountable.
And may we one day see a Bangladesh where such horrors never happen again.
Edit:I’ve mentioned this to some of my friends already, and I want to make one thing clear I’m not doing this for attention. I just want you guys to share this post, or at least take a moment to care… to remember.
