I’m going to break down Yngwie’s picking approach to child-simple levels so that you can apply this approach yourself
It’s not going to be stupid-level fast either.. you can make it as fast or as slow as you want it. The important thing is understanding the pick strokes (and lack of pick strokes)
This is going to use Yngwie’s beloved Phrygian Dominant mode (the 5th mode of the Harmonic Minor Scale) and weave an ear-twisting run over several strings! But have no anguish and fear – this is going to be attainable, as I promised it would be!
