The media is too quiet about the e-files. Those victims need justice as well.

The family of those killed need to sue CA Gov Newsom, his Director of DMV and anyone affiliated with the killers licensing process.

@srigging

Truly, the trucking company as well as being issued a CDL when he clearly cannot speak or understand English, in addition, who okay 'd him to drive a semi-truck without training...right there indicates they overlooked his abilities. Rules are rules & they were ignored by hiring him when he was an illegal immigrant who could not speak or understand English. THE TRUCKING COMPANY SHOULD BE HELD. ACOUNTABLE

@VictoriaSmok

Harjinder Singh broke multiple serious laws at once, vehicular homicide, manslaughter, and federal immigration violations, and possibly others related to commercial trucking. Even if he has mental health issues, they do not excuse his actions. Given the severity of the crime and the deaths caused, he will likely serve the full 45-year sentence in the U.S., and public petitions or sympathy will not change that. Justice for the victims will be upheld. Those millions of people are wrong, no one is above the law.

He even lied that he didn’t know English or couldn’t read road signs cause weeks before, he was stopped by a cop and he responded fine with English and opted to pay a fine.
