Hi guys, some of you already follow me since the first 90 days challenge.
That first challenge was for me a body recomp, My target was to build back some muscles and lose some fat in the same time. When I done it, I was happy with the first result. But still didn't reach my main goals.
To make it easier, when your goal is big, split it in few small one, it will sounds better to you and not impossible. So here we go again, let's go for an other 90 Days challenge. This time I will cut the carbs and make a deficite earlier in my meals plan.
Let's see how far I can go this time. Also guys If you feel motivated, Now it is the perfect time to start this challenge of 90 days and be ready for summer, it's no too late.
