Wendy , that is so well written and heartfelt. I feel your. spirit and I know it comes from God. We do need to start within our own hearts and let our love light shine through to those around us even if it’s just one at a time. God bless America and God bless this world. 🙏

We all need prayer daily. I know I do. Yesterday I was 🙏 for our country. The chaos and evil that’s happening is the enemy at work. People forget that the enemy is on this earth working his evil and I pray God keeps His people safe! I’m ready for the rapture because this world is crazy. I pray for Gods Will in all things and I thank God for his Grace & Mercy!! I think if this world would ask themselves, quite literally, What Would Jesus Do and know He Would Love First, this world would be a much more joyful place and we would all be unified in His presence!! The answer to the madness will always be JESUS CHRIST our Lord & Saviour!! Praise God for His Love! ♥️

Please pray for my family, especially my nieces who lost their 42 year old mom to cancer today. October will be the 5 year anniversary that they lost their dad (my brother) to mental health issues by suicide. They are 22 and 17, but this is still so hard on them. Thank you.

Prayers for all of you. I’m 52 and suffered much loss as you have. I find the hardest part about losing someone is learning to live without them. Time heals nothing! It just affords you the opportunity to learn to live differently. Our lives are often defined by before & after a life altering experience. Much of the time it’s losing someone or something. All we can do is move forward the best we can and ask God to show us the way. ♥️🙏

My pastor has been doing his sermons lately touching on this subject. Sunday his message centered on 7 things a Christian should be doing from Scripture in Hebrews. 1. To be hospitable to those strangers or people outside the church, they could be angels. 2. Remember our leaders and rulers pray for them. 3. Keep marriage honorable n holy. 4. Be content with what we have and our life circumstances. 5. Remember those in prison especially the Christian’s being in prison for their faith in God. 6. Pray for the church leaders n teachers. 7. Don’t be fooled or follow strange teachings. How we conduct ourselves and our posts on Facebook or any social media reflects our true selves? Or does reflect Gods love n mercy? People watch Christians, are we driving them away or are we drawing them to God. Like you always say “ BE THE LIGHT”. If we are not the light 💡, we are not reflecting Christ. Hugs dear 💜 ❤️ heart. 🤗

White Sparrow Living - Luke 12:6
🙏🙏🙏 PRAYER POST 🙏🙏🙏
It’s no secret that the world is in a season of darkness and division controls our country. While “Peace on Earth” seems too massive to tackle on our own, I’ve always been encouraged by the words of St. Mother Teresa who said, “If you want to change the world, go home and love your family “.
To me, this means that we CAN change the world if we start with what we CAN do, and let God do everything that we CAN’T.
I’ve also heard this example illustrating that we have to start small to make a large impact:
How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time! 🐘
Well, first of all, I don’t know anyone who wants to eat an elephant, but the principle is clear. Lol
We have to start “small” and that means starting with OURSELVES.
What’s on our “insides”?
Are we full of doom and gloom?
Are we burdened by past traumas?
Are we carrying guilt for something we’ve done?
Are we withholding forgiveness for someone (which only hurts ourselves)? Are we resentful towards someone?
Or are we trying to Be the Light by encouraging others,
praying for those in need,
loving and forgiving those who have harmed us in one way or another?
Are we gossiping or do we bow out of negative conversations?
After my mom died, of course I was in a sad place of grief and loss.
But something I also noticed is that my emojis actually revealed what my heart was feeling. There were so many crying and frownie faces and I KNEW it was time to change my attitude!
If you look at your most recently used emojis, what do you see? If there’s more sad or mad faces than happy ones, (and they’re not being used to sympathize with someone you’re texting) this could be an indication of what’s going on inside of your heart. ❤️
The Bible tells us that we can “speak” things into life and sadly, these days “speaking” is probably more synonymous with “texting”.
This is a screenshot of my emojis this morning and I know exactly who I sent the broken heart and sad faces to and finally they were NOT illustrating my own heart and Spirit!
This was a huge eye-opener for me, and I want to encourage you today to do an “examination of conscience” and inspect your insides.
Change what needs to be changed even if it means just starting with what you’re texting. Start “one bite at a time” and eventually you’ll notice the mountain you’ve conquered, now stands behind you! 🏔️
God is Love! ❤️ Be the Light! 💡
Xoxo
