Sauna baby!!! #Detox

I actually got a message the other day from someone telling me that I was faking Lyme disease!🤣 Because her kid was bitten by a tick twice & has had zero issues. So naturally that means I’m faking my diagnosis.🤣🤷🏼‍♀️ I won’t even address the ignorance…

Big difference from me and a lot of people I see. I’m not a victim. Ima fix my stuff, no what I’m sayin’? I don’t just want live…I want to truly LIVE this beautiful life God gave me!

I was so sick a year ago when I got diagnosed with Lyme…and a month ago found out I also have mold toxicity. Double wammy…but I’m hitting them both hard. Killing, binding & detoxing the garbage out of my body. 💯

I’ve radically changed my life in order to heal. God, diet, exercise, supplements, sun, air, grounding, sauna, red light therapy & so much more.

I share my healing journey here on my channel because I know so many of you are struggling too. If I can offer hope/tips & tricks to finding your answers & healing…that’s my only goal.

I’m not sharing it for attention. That’s absolutely ridiculous.🤣

I got this pop up steam sauna from (affiliate link) Amazon: geni.us/HOBMs

Pretty happy with it but hoping to get a REAL dry sauna some day for Joe & I.😊 Cheers friends, Happy Sunday.

Remember, God made our bodies resilient! They’re a lot stronger than modern medicine/Drs would have us believe.

That person doesn't even deserve to be acknowledged. There's a lot of stupid people out there wanting to be hateful. Keep living your best life hun. Love you and your beautiful family. God bless.

I was diagnosed and treated for Lyme 3 years ago . It's not a joke .my fever and rash all over my body went away but everything else didn't go away. 10% of the people who are treated still have all the issues. I still deal with this every day. I appreciate everything you have shared and even if it helps just one person it will be a good thing. There's always someone with something negative to say but the positive people outweigh the bad. Thank you for sharing.

I have chronic health issues and all I can say is why in the world would someone willingly fake having all these issues? It’s no fun and sometimes it’s like living out a nightmare. I hate that there are people out there who continue to question those with chronic health issues. I believe you momma. Keep up the good fight ♥️

Just because her son was bitten doesn’t mean he’d get Lyme disease! Sheesh, I love how some people feel so entitled they can tell people they don’t even know how to live their life😡. You keep being your wonderful self, Tina

As a person who has battled chronic Lyme and mold toxicity for twenty years, I completely relate and know how it feels to get those comments. I still have family members who think I’m faking it and I’ve lost many friendships. It’s absurd and makes me so mad to the core. You are an inspiration! Think I’ll get out of bed and go do my own sauna on that note. 💃

You are amazing as ever & thank you for all the great tips. Red light, organic eating, dry sauna, grounding in various forms etc. & I also rebound with weights for added exercise. I've done all of these things for years. One of the reasons I love your channel because you educate your YouTube family & I for one learn so much from you. And heaven forbid I experience ever Lyme disease, I will have a head start through some of your experiences. BTW pulled my first tick off about 3 weeks ago, man those things are disgusting!!! No Lyme but if I ever do I to will fight it naturally and have some great tips to get ahead of it. Thank you Keep a pushing through.

You have helped me!!! With more than just Lyme disease. I also have the Grounding mat. And working on saving for other tests. Why anyone would want this along with the symptoms is beyond me. 😆 Why do people JUDGE others that they don't really even know? I will never understand it. And nothing is making you watch. Love what you do. Love getting to see the life you zndcthe family live. Keep on getting it done girl!!
