Attention. I bought a video card with a 3-year warranty. Upon registration, another 1 year of bonus warranty. The store refused to provide a warranty when a problem with the video card arose, the distributor also did not see any problems. I wrote to Gigabyte (Aorus) and the correspondence lasted 7 months. The distributor, despite the availability of a warranty, refuses to send the card under RMA. The Gigabyte company offers the client to pay for the shipment at his own expense, despite the fact that he has a valid warranty. The Gigabyte (Aorus) company does not care that its distributors do whatever they want and refuse to accept products under warranty

Maybe you can spread your shoddy manufacturing and user support to other industries. Then they too can produce overly fragile products that develop PCB cracks if you look at them the wrong way. Then deny RMAs because of "physical damage". Yeah, that seems like a good business model.
