Let the US DoD start screening out people looking for a paycheck, or just put a giant checkbox that says, "I agree my god given right is to become cannon fodder."
You don't go forward if the box isn't checked? How much diversity are the American people asking for. They are asking for representation across a fighting force which serves the Constitution.
Easy for the younger folks to get lost, and so Unconfuse them.
