I was working in a contractual job in govt sector, but I had resigned from that job after 11 months and started preparing for competitive exams. It is now 5 years, so there is a lot of gap. What could be a possible answer for my career gap? I had to suffer multiple issues during that time, like my father was diagnosed with kidney failure, and eventually died, and my mother was found to have brain tumour. And I also started preparing for banking sector, despite clears so many mains I couldn't crack interview round. This career gap is creating lots of negativity in me.
