I used to Powerlifting style training but I felt heavy, tired and bulking up to 80kg (135 pounds to 175 pounds) was hard as hell and I dirty bulked so felt like crap all the time. Now Calisthenics but I am reintroducing weight training but I’m being smart about it and my diet is very clean for now lol

Mixture of the 3. But I really need to start training more like an athlete. I’m 34 and without plyometrics I can feel me getting older and less explosive. More time jumping, sprinting and changing direction. The gym is great but can’t lack on the other important stuff.
