Honestly, this is one of the best podcast I have heard in a while. It's so grounded and I resonate with all that Adamus says. It was a relief to listen to it actually. Also the main reason I am writing is because I also have a lot of vertigo and dizziness.... it persists please see a PHYSIO because in the car incident if your neck suddenly 'jerked' it might have gone out of alignment and that can absolutely cause dizziness and vertigo. Cervigenic dizziness is the top of the spine mis-aligned, or if you have more of a spinning vertigo sensation, then physio can help using an exercise called the 'epley maneuver'. I just thought I would let you know as I know how debilitating it can be. Good luck!
